About US

宁波万安股份有限公司，位于宁海县跃龙街道外环路1号，自1979年生产燃气阀门系列产品至今，在燃气阀门的制造行业已有30多年的专业制造历史。多年来，公司积累了丰富的燃气阀门研发经验、工艺技术控制、生产经验和质量控制办法，产品处于国际先进水平，已成为我国燃气阀门行业的龙头企业。具有年产调压器500万只、旋塞阀400万只和各类针阀100万只的能力，也是制修订瓶阀、调压器国家和行业产品标准单位之一,位居国内同类产品出口的前三位，省内排名第一。

公司注册资金3000万元，占地面积4.5万平方米，建筑面积2.5万平方米，现有员工370人。公司工程技术中心被认定为浙江省高新技术企业研究开发中心，现有科技人员44人。

公司通过了ISO9001与ISO4001质量环境管理体系的认证，在可以保证每一个零件从设计到交付全程能追溯到每个人和机台。所有工序都经过自检和专检，确保产品符合设计要求和标准规定；此外，公司还获得特种设备许可登记、国家科技型中小企业,知识产权管理体系认证、海关认证、浙江出口名牌、排污许可证、宁波市科学技术奖、宁波市优秀企业、宁波市五星级基层党组织、安全生产标准化三级企业、国家火炬计划产业化示范项目等认证与荣誉。

2009年12月，公司被授予“宁波万安燃气阀门工程（技术）中心”称号，研发中心也已掌握北美、欧盟等国家燃气阀门产品的现行标准，尤其是本公司已取得美国“UL”、加拿大“CSA”、欧共体“CE”及“ETL”“CGA”“AGA”“GAR”等产品质量认证，为产品顺利进入各国家和各地区市场奠定了基础。

公司是宁波市专利示范企业、宁波市科技创新示范企业，获得60个专利，参与国家、行业标准制定7项。

公司具备铜棒材及锌合金制造、锻造、铸造、机械加工、自动装配、检测等全制造过程。

同时拥有燃气阀门专业制造、检测设备89余台，其中铜棒制造自动化流水线11条，数控机床145台，台湾组合专机17台，意大利进口设备3台，全自动流水装配机床3台等。自动化设备程度高、自动化设备拥有数量多。

The company has a registered capital of 30 million yuan, covers an area of 45000 square meters, a construction area of 25000 square meters, and has 370 employees. The engineering technology center of the company is recognized as the research and development center of high-tech enterprises in Zhejiang Province, with 44 scientific and technological personnel.

The company has the whole manufacturing process of copper bar and zinc alloy manufacturing, forging, casting, machining, automatic assembly, testing and so on.
